The Board supports a share of the funds for individuals to provide staff support and coordinate services to youth referred to the local FCF Councils. The Councils include representatives from the Children Services Board, Juvenile Courts, ADAMH Board, City and County Schools, County Health Departments, MR/DD Board and Department of Youth Services, as well as family representatives.
